NJF Search is currently searching for a European Mid Market M&A Associate for an international corporate advisory firm. Due to increased deal flow across Europe, the USA and the UK, the team is looking to expand.

This position would be working alongside one of the Managing Directors for deals across the UK. Due to the international nature of the firm, this candidate would also be working on cross border transactions also. This is a blue chip organisation where the candidate will be working alongside very high calibre investment bankers.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have extensive UK focused M&A experience and will have very strong technical skills. Candidates must also be familiar with the UK take over code and listing rules. Candidates must come from bulge bracket organisations and have first class academics.
