Your main role:
handling all types of customer queries by phone or mail
research, resolve and respond to queries in a professional, timely and reliable manner
monitor incoming transactions from key customers with regards to certain selected funds
ensure that problems with key clients are escalated appropriately
liaise and coordinate with different departments
Your profile:
Spanish native
plus fluent spoken and written English (French and Italian is an advantage)
1 year experience in a similar role within the financial services sector
outstanding organisation, communication and presentation skills
excellent PC skills
professional and service-orientated attitude
you live in Luxembourg or within commuting distance
Only candidates who are EU residents or currently hold a valid Luxembourg work permit can be considered for this position
