Due to growth they are looking for a senior professional able to contribute the following:

• An ability to manage relationships with senior executives in the Resources sector and originate a combination of advisory and capital market products and services
• Lead all aspects of transaction execution including transaction structuring, due diligence and negotiiation
• Able to work with clients to identify and assess value creating strategic options

We envisage successful candidates will have a number of years investment banking experience with direct experience in the metals and mining sectors. Successful applicants will demonstrate a high level of integrity and will be committed team players.
