Our client is an international consultancy, advising investors in aviation assets. We're looking for an experienced analyst to join a team of sector experts and develop a new risk advisory product for UK/US markets.

Our client is looking for an experienced analyst in economic research, econometrics or risk advisory services to join a diverse and creative team and support the development of a new risk advisory product.

The candidate will contribute to and eventually lead the research and quant modelling projects across several risk dimensions - economic value, lease rates, trading values, airline economics, forecasting, policy and cross-sector, real world risk analysis.

You will be:

A proven communicator and advisor, with the ability to solve complex analytical problems, facilitate clients' business strategies and support their financial decision making.

Interpersonally you will be a great communicator and someone who welcomes an inclusive, diverse culture in the workplace. You will be a genuine team player and enjoy working in a supportive environment.

You will have:

Essentially experience in working with aviation or broader transportation assets; outstanding quant skills, including a range of econometric/statistical modelling techniques; a strong grasp of the macroeconomic picture developed through broad, industry specific research; MS Access or other database management experience; a minimum of 3 years relevant business experience but more senior candidates will certainly be considered.

A Masters degree in economics, finance or operational research - strongly preferred.
