Job Description: • All-rounder financial and management accountant. • Support business on a daily basis, ensure completeness of all transactions, prepare journal entries, generate management and financial reports to management. • Ensure that various reporting requirements are met; keep up-to-date with new accounting rules (e.g. SG GAAP, IAS) and ensure that reporting and control requirements are in accordance with the new rules. • Be able to handle queries from Front Office, auditors, tax office and regulators; • Be involved in financial system development or IT automation; • Perform month end and regular P & L analysis and reconciliations; • Financial account, statutory report and tax returns preparation; • Assist holding company to prepare consolidation package. • Willing to handle payments, invoicing at the initial stage of the company set up. Skills and Abilities • Over 5 years of practical accounting experience gained in accounting / audit field; • Possess in-depth understanding of the accounting standards and related regulations for investment bank and security broker; • Previous working experience in MAS Licensed Corporation is a plus; • Knowledge of Oracle Financial is also preferred; • Good numerical and analytical skills; • Initiative with good interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and at the same time in a teamwork environment Qualifications • University graduate (major in Accounting); • Qualified CPA
