Top real estate private equity fund is looking to add an Investment Associate

This major US real estate private equity fund is acknowledged as one of the most profitable global investors in commercial and residential real estate.  They have raised a number of very successful funds, and are now investing their latest.

They are looking to add an Investment Associate to work on the execution of investments for the fund in Europe.  It's a deal doing role with a small London based team  

You will have a background of one or more of the following:

- investment banking analyst or associate with M&A team of leading bank

- private equity professional

- with real estate experience

- excellent financial modelling skills which will be tested at interview

- probably at least two years deal experience
